今試吓梁慶記的葡式蓋仔豬扒飯。豬扒飯分成三層金黃色的炸豬扒,中層半生熟的荷包蛋,底層為白飯。將豬扒移到預先準備的碗蓋上然後輕輕攪拌讓蛋黃包住粒粒分明的飯上,乾身的飯口感像印度米,豬扒外脆帶點微量的肉汁。題外話:食完後才知道該店是澳門過江龍而主店並有米之蓮推介。該店有冇主店的水準請自行判斷。
