To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身個人都好鍾意食薯粉類嘅嘢，一知道三哥有就即刻嚟食，第一次喺銅鑼灣嘅food court食過，但質素都有啲唔穩定，碗野唔酸唔辣，又好乾冇乜汁，本身都對佢冇乜期望，但個friend食完話幾好食，所以就決定嚟調景嶺再食一次。今次碗野好多汁 食落去雖然都冇話特別酸，但係都比上一次有味，辣度方面，上次嗌小辣唔辣嘅關係，今次我要中辣，但真係每一間分店嘅辣味都唔係太一樣，對我來講有啲太辣，但整體來講都係好食嘅，但下次嚟可能會叫返普通野
