To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁見到話譚仔出咗個新米線，魚片米線，咁就想去試吓。於是中午就走左去譚仔，試新嘢。於是叫了魚片米線，額外叫了麻辣湯底，加一蚊。另外叫了凍檸檬茶少甜少冰。咁鋪面本身唔係勁大，又某d位好大風，風口位，所以舒服程度好一般。搞左一輪才找到無風口的位。評論返個魚片，d魚片夠爽，夠新鮮，幾甜⋯⋯不過，魚片好散，偏向一粒粒細片。比我幻想中打邊爐d跪肉鯇差一大段距離。不過湯底幾好，可能因為有木瓜。湯里面的木瓜好甜好好味。
