收到家人來電,她屋企附近的長康酒樓結束後,有間喜悅開張了,叫齊我們,一行八人入去試新嘢。六點幾到達至離開,大堂既全場入座率大約八成左右。我們坐低,用熱水略洗碗時,發覺碗外邊好油。我們叫了龍蝦伊麵(雖不能叫很出色,但也算好食的。)乳豬半隻(脆皮,但肉很少),油雞(普通而已,做唔到很滑的效果),班球兩味(蒸的較滑溜,炒的較普通),久違的砵仔焗魚腸(上層的油炸鬼,已淋曬,魚腸旦較乾,也少了兒時吃到焗魚腸的味道,但還好的是魚腸冇苦味),西芹脆肉瓜炒牛柳粒(普通小菜,牛柳粒還可以),薑蔥桶蠔(好大隻,也很好味)。飯後甜品,等了40分鐘,期間三催四請,等到谷鬼氣,擺明係整定的,凍既楊枝金露只欠人從雪櫃攞出嚟,熱既腐竹雞蛋糖水也不可能有客order才開始煲吧?要等咁耐??真的令人莫名其妙??楊枝金露味道好假,唔好食。腐竹雞蛋糖水,正常Ok的。八個人,埋單$1253,平均每位156元,唔算貴。《總括食物及價錢而然,以附近街坊來說,應是Okay的,唯碗碟清潔方面及上甜品過程真的有待改善。/但對於我個人來說,見識過便夠了,不會”再”山長水遠由大圍坐的士去青衣長康邨食呢間,唔值得。》
