最近聽好多朋友講有種叫蒸氣石鍋既食法,平時既我同朋友出黎都係去日式放題,韓燒同打邊爐多,有新野試,我又點會放過呀!今日試既係叫蒸氣石鍋,下面呢頂好似草帽既就係今晚既主角: 蒸氣石鍋,個蓋似係用藤編織既,外型有D似北非既Tajine。蒸氣石鍋旁邊有個計時器,食物上菜時係生既,要根據MENU上既「所需時間」黎蒸,每次只會蒸一個菜。蒜茸蒸生猛龍蝦: 用蒜蓉蒸開邊龍蝦, 一個好TYPICAL既中式做法,肉質彈牙,清蒸唔加任何醬汁先至食到佢既鮮甜味。講真,用筷子食真係有D難,侍應係呢個時候竟然主動地俾刀叉我地,非常細心,值得一讚。鑽石蜆: 蜆肉帶鮮味,肥美又重海水味,一D都唔靱。清蒸奄仔蟹: 蟹膏鮮甜得黎又香而且滑嫩,都幾新鮮,唔錯。日本大元貝皇: 算幾大隻同肥厚,加埋粉絲,可以吸下D鮮汁,撈埋d蒜粒感覺比薑蔥更加惹味。馬拉榚熱辣辣, 口感鬆化。蒸手剁豬肉丸: 呢個肉丸係以新鮮豬肉手剁而成,加左少少馬蹄同埋其他材料整成既,肉質好嫩滑,肉丸味道多層次。新鮮排骨粥 (細): 呢個排骨粥係全晚重頭戲,一開始未蒸任何食物時已經放入鍋底,食完晒所有野時個粥就應該READY,到果時都已經煲左成個鐘,個粥除左

新鮮排骨粥 (細): 呢個排骨粥係全晚重頭戲,一開始未蒸任何食物時已經放入鍋底,食完晒所有野時個粥就應該READY,到果時都已經煲左成個鐘,個粥除左排骨之外仲有南瓜,煮出黎有少少金黃色。職員會視乎需要去加少少水既。

蒸完食物後都攞走晒後,以下呢個就係製成品,個粥吸盡海鮮及肉汁精華的一鍋粥就在眼前 !個粥好棉好滑,仲好好味,因為有齊蒸每種食物既精華。
