To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無食拉麵，呢間鋪開左段時間都冇試，所以我今次就決定來食啦，店舖並不是太大，但不會太擠塞。拉麵款式亦係常見豬骨，白雞湯，辣湯等。因為聽朋友講過話這間拉面湯實在太濃，好似食掛面咁，為免中伏，我就決定揀左略淡既豬骨湯底，等左十五分鐘左右啦，一碗熱辣辣奶白湯底配上不同配菜既拉麵就擺左係我眼前，我已經急不及待即刻開動了，先飲一啖湯，確實濃味但係好味同可接受，所以亦不建議大家再叫更濃味的湯底，會太重口味，總結就係一個好食既拉麵，係將軍澳來講算係推介架啦 ps餃子都好食🙊
