To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前2天去行 airside, 晚餐時間揀左呢間食，可能當日晚餐去到都係6點幾時間尚早， 所以唔駛等位。餐廳內環境好光猛，入面2人枱唔多，去到無哂卡位，安排左我地坐2人枱，不過張枱真係好細，擺左茶壺茶杯得返好少空間擺菜。每次食上海菜都會必點小籠包，小籠包上枱賣相不錯，湯汁多，肉算新鮮，不過不失。擔擔麵- 個麵底入口都幾彈牙，入口花生醬好濃味，辣椒油味都好重，不過個人感覺兩個味加埋唔係太夾。高力豆沙 -又是我至愛的上海甜品，表面沾滿糖霜，軟熟的質感食落似棉花糖，配合豆沙餡，味道不錯。糖醋排骨-菜式有2個大小可選，今次叫左標準 size, 份量夠，肉質較林身，味道偏甜，如果多番酸味會更好。計埋茶錢和小食，加一服務費，埋單$320幾。
