To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鹿角,黑糖珍珠鮮奶,我每咬一口,黑糖味都會滲出來,是真材實料的最好證據,黑糖味之眾多店舖之中最重的,是不錯的。 我個人比較愛甜的,所以攪拌之前我都會先嘗一口黑糖原本的味道,不過真的很甜很甜,黑糖的味道又真的很香很香。雖然別人不喜歡鮮奶,但我覺得鮮奶減低黑糖的甜度,我個人也喜歡鮮奶所以覺得也不錯的,正所謂每一間店子都有自己獨特的配方才好。雖然我還是會選擇老虎堂,但每天上下班經過見到都是這麼多人排隊真的不知道為什麼,這種甜度還是嘗一、兩次就好了。如果有機會都想嘗嘗喜茶的黑糖波波。
