To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

只有服務優質 環境太細 ， 做唔起的壽司部食物是極差， 三文魚仲有魚骨 ， 差過大喜X 放題 甜品是多的 ， 可惜這個價錢是性價比 不合格 個小漢堡唔錯， 熱度足夠 ， 味道好切牛扒都是唔錯的 ， 個扇貝就差了， 太細粒 還是一人只有一粒 ， 我諗去超市買都大過佢 ， 你當5毫子尺寸啦 ， 咁中肯一點 零境觀的 ， 原來一點都睇唔到 居高臨下的感覺 ， 試完你會明我講咩 ， 當晚入座只有50% 有客 ， 都明白的
