紅磡漫遊,見到都真係好多新店開左,古早味蛋糕簡直係我最近嘅新寵蛋糕香味唔再講,佢半開放式嘅working space﹐睇到師傅認真嘅製作咁岩可以望到一大底嘅蛋糕出爐,好療癒...每一刀都一絲不苟我揀左兩隻味,分別係「至尊海苔肉鬆」同「日本柚子蜂蜜」由離開鋪頭到食第一啖,大概隔咗半個鐘 想由淡食到濃,所以先試「柚子」柚子皮分量適中,食落微甘,一啲都唔會酸(which is我細妹本身最擔心嘅事) 蛋味當然係非常之濃郁..然後到「紫菜肉鬆」~~Wow啲topping完全保持到鬆(肉鬆) 脆(海苔)﹐同軟綿綿嘅蛋糕形成對比,卻又結合得天衣無縫lol 食開原味、芝士味嘅我覺得unlock左新味道,個人覺得兩隻味都冇揀錯,值得返啅師傅話佢地嘅用黎做蛋糕嘅蛋蛋,每粒都洗過which係我都幾impressed! tbh﹐我冇諗過整蛋糕嘅蛋啲Bakery係會唔會洗...佢咁講完都幾肯定出面冇咁有心機逐粒洗...所以好欣賞「阿里山」 師傅又好人,好禮貌,真係好似去似去左台灣咁鋪頭仲要係好環保的.. 裝蛋糕嘅紙盒用咗大豆油墨,就連個膠袋都係可降解嘅又厚身,下次必定拎返個膠袋返去返啅
