To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

通常茶餐廳的服務就是這樣，當你踴躍去看看是否自己的外賣時，你便會被叱喝「那不是你的！」但當你靜靜的坐着再等多一會，侍應便會奇怪，為何你的外賣還未有預備好，然後反過來幫你看看。名稱討好，香草滑蛋斑腩飯，以為有多少蕃茄，豈料只屬茄汁，濕乎乎的茄汁混入少許蛋花在汁內。等得較久是因為斑腩要炸，然後再放到茄汁內，炸皮已浸淋，但溫度還是夠熱，三片斑腩份量還算不少。茶走，奶茶味道不太淡，煉奶在底下份量亦充足，不錯。

，濕乎乎的茄汁混入少許蛋花在汁內。等得較久是因為斑腩要炸，然後再放到茄汁內，炸皮已浸淋，但溫度還是夠熱，三片斑腩份量還算不少。
