今日同屋企人出銅鑼灣買野,去左一杯食日本野~第一次食呢間居酒屋,環境貫切日式風格,座位之間有充裕距離,部份座位更有屏風作為間隔,跟朋友談話時能保持一定私隱度,很適合作為三五良朋聚會的聚腳點。今次試左呢度特選魚生飯 $188,套餐包括了麻醬冷奴、飯前沙律、海苔茶蒸蛋、味噌湯和一碟魚生飯,一人份量剛剛好。麻醬冷奴嫩滑開胃,飯前沙律新鮮爽脆,茶蒸蛋加入了海苔和雜菇,除了蛋香味濃外,更加添了豐富口感。魚生飯內配有三文魚刺身、八爪魚刺身、海膽、油甘魚腩刺身、𩶘魚刺身、三文魚子、海膽和赤蝦,能一次過滿足晒魚生發燒友的多個願望。魚生新鮮、海膽香甜無腥味、赤蝦多肉有膏,更以清香紫蘇葉墊底,可見師博製作用心,飯底是特製醋飯。
