To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺尖沙咀約朋友食飯,我就揀左熟識的Amitie Kitchen 咁啱佢地有新餐牌,而且注入左不少新口味菜式,每次都好期待不時轉款的餐包我尤其喜歡口味相當refresh 頭盤「火炙半熟三文魚半紫蘇葉莎莎」火炙過的三文魚口感相當油潤,莎莎醬味道溫和,微酸和三文魚很match 。接著5 成熟的「香煎8oz 西冷牛扒」也煎得如我們所期望,肉味香濃,有咬勁。野菌忌廉汁意大利飯賣相不會令人嘩然、但吃得出廚師用心烹調,意大利飯口感比較軟糯,忌廉汁將每粒意大利飯緊緊包着,啱我口味。除了用上不同野菌還加埋炒洋蔥粒、紅椒等,口感豐富,再加上大量芝士,整體味道超香濃,十級推介。最後以「法式橙酒班戟」收尾甜度不高,班戟吸收了橙酒甜香,基本上酒已經揮發、就算小朋友都啱食。蘋果梳打其實只要廚師用心烹調,客人一定會感受到🫶🏻
