灣仔Bakehouse是人氣麵包店,牛角包🥐、葡撻同足料酸種麵包絕對係店中名物,而且亦提供不同鹹點輕食,如All Day Breakfast、漢堡。Bakehouse創始人Grégoire Michaud是前香港四季酒店餅廚,係有名嘅麵包達人,當然有不少粉絲專程落店捧場,無論閒日定假日店外經常出現人龍。最近官方宣佈,將於11月初喺中環蘇豪區(中環士丹頓街5號地下) 開第二間分店,肯定會再掀起牛角包及各款人氣糕點熱潮!各位粉絲準備排住隊去朝聖吖!店內麵包、糕點都是每日鮮製,又用上法國直送有機麵粉,配合自家培養的天然酵母,完全棄用自發粉,而且部分麵糰更發酵36小時以上,口感更加實在。麵包都喺早上出爐,11時後就陸續供應各款糕點俾已經排緊隊嘅粉絲選購㗎啦!仲未朝聖嘅,趁就嚟多個機會就唔好錯過吖☺️
