這間位於銅鑼灣的燒鵝飯店,由鏞記燒鵝後人甘健成長子開設。環境乾淨企理,坐得舒服,一邊食一邊見到不少人買外賣回家加餸。點了一客燒味飯套餐,套餐跟老火湯或熱飲,如想轉瀨粉補錢就可以。🦋燒鵝髀瀨粉 (售完即止)燒鵝表皮香脆,未吃已經看到油香十足,鵝肉飽滿軟腍,肉汁豐富,肥瘦適中,配搭酸梅醬令人食指大動。瀨粉爽滑彈牙,湯底不算太濃,不會搶走燒鵝的味道。是日老火湯是花生雞腳湯,睇得出非常足料去煲,隨餐的酸薑皮蛋更是最愛,皮蛋選用溏心皮蛋,酸薑脆嫩無渣,兩者酸鹼產生中和作用,味道融和獨特。
