To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在openrice 上看到此餐廳，看到食物好像不錯，於是便book了這間餐廳到了餐廳，比預期有點不一樣，沒有華麗的裝修，而餐廳主要座位在下一層。羅宋湯喂然料多，但味道較普通。Fresh Mussels Fettuccine 意粉🍝煙韌，mussels不錯，可惜過咸。甜品分面，因為有朋友生日，所以在openrice 上特意註明要寫上生日快樂字句，waiter打來confirm booking 時也表示會寫上，十分細心。Mango Mille - Feuille 酥脆，味道不錯，略嫌甜了一點。
