To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今期牛角做緊優惠，某d地址食90分鐘燒肉放題$298，所以我地就Target去又一城啦。又一城牛角環境唔錯，疫症下會為入座顧客量度體溫，又會提供信封俾客人放口罩，而且又有消毒噴霧機，幾貼心。雖然話食午時，但都幾多野揀。所有食物都經IPAD點餐。版面前菜沙律燒野菜牛肉豬肉雞肉海產內臟和牛王樣？即係乜野？湯／飯／麵飲品有熱有凍，而且有一枝枝裝。未order前每人會有一碟拼盤。前菜：芥末辣章魚特登叫個牛角飯配肉食牛舌拼盤覺得牛舌肉切得太細，冇乜咬口。和牛類，但比較鞋。蝦算唔錯蠔都好juicy大腸OK後來order豚肉類真係咸到咬落去好似食啖鹽咁，真係頂唔順。個帶子都係一樣，個汁好咸呀。之後雞翼都係，個雞皮我要吐出黎。個凱撒沙律好味。因為越食越咸嘅關係，所以我都叫左3 round飲品。其實總體食品唔錯，但醃料太重嘅關係，所以要扣分呀。其實2個人食90分鐘都夠嘅，但係始終2個人所以唔算食好多類型，而且黎野食同飲品都算慢，可能要夾埋一齊先送餐掛。依餐食左6百幾蚊。
