To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 我點了個五香肉丁通,加茶走(港式奶茶加煉奶)五香肉丁通粉賣相極其嘔心,就像隔夜的嘔吐物。黃黃的一層忌廉狀的油加湯水,再加上五香肉丁散發出來的一層肥油。看到都沒有胃口了。就是狐疑好好的五香肉丁怎麼會有一層黃色忌廉狀的肥油在上面?嘔心!通粉也並非正常在港式茶餐廳吃的通粉,就是便宜的快熟通心粉,還要因為長期浸泡,一吃下去馬上粉掉的那種,終極難吃!炒蛋是炒雞蛋黃!!!!沒有半點蛋白的那種,然後小小的一陀加了三湯匙油,一吃下去全都是油,全都是在吃蛋黃的感覺。就是香港的茶餐廳通常都用蛋白去找別的菜,蛋黃都留起來做炒蛋但你好歹也加一點點蛋白,給點心呀?這也不是不要錢的好嗎?整體來說,勸喻大家千萬不要去吃!元朗好吃的茶餐廳多的是,不用花錢食垃圾。
