To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今朝同屋企人飲茶啲食物勁耐先黎由10點坐到11:30,催咗個燒賣N次,要個幾鐘先出到籠燒賣。由上到下啲態度勁差,問樓面就叫我地搵經理,經理態度惡劣,淨係話「等等先」,早茶11:30後埋單會計午茶價,經理就好燥咁話「咁你埋咗單先囉」。廚房做唔切,客催,樓面就發晒脾氣,飲餐茶都受氣,以後貼錢都唔黎。仲有點心返蒸好難食
