To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新開業趣趣地試個下午茶，下午四點左右買完餸，見餓餓地就入去試下，剛好有位，但都要搭枱，對面坐住一對情侶，對面研究完餐牌，聽到佢地叫乾炒牛河，公司三文治，然後到我地慢慢落單，我地單都未落，佢地個乾炒牛河已經到，大家四目交投左一下，同時講左句：咁快，炒定既。心知不妙，即時轉呔唔叫炒嘢。叫左炸雞脾🍗配薯角、公司三文治🥪。稍等左一會炸脾到先，切開肉入面係紅色但熟既，應該係烚熟左先炸，但已經唔係果樣嘢吧，無肉汁，外面乾👎🏻。公司三文治，料齊，最午餐肉、火腿、最有驚喜都係個蛋係炒蛋👍🏻，生菜🥬有塊，可惜塊白面包太乾。其實自從街市裝修後，已經多左好多新晉食市，價錢差不多寧願試下其他新嘢好過啦🥰
