今日男朋友就話帶我嚟諾士佛壹食好野,我就問足佢成日~「吓?!你帶我去飲野呀?你咁熟路熟行以前成日去啦實係-_-#」終於嘈足成日,佢就帶咗我去係諾士佛臺1號嘅大廈。係𨋢到個時仲笑笑口咁話「傻妹!我帶你去食韓國野呀kakaka!」嚇足小妹一日~算佢有小小心思驚喜啦!一出𨋢就見到「暴風吸入」呢個大名,好特別嘅名呢@@ 原來係韓國人開嘅餐廳嚟,個場都好大下咖,樓底又夠哂高!位置好闊落,坐得夠舒服。店家全部請嘅都係韓國人,唔講真係以為自己去咗韓國呀!佢地呢到有個幾抵食嘅二人set,但男朋友帶我嚟,我就梗係唔客氣啦!要咗特級牛肉眼,特級五花腩,海鮮韭菜餅同埋烤蝦。仲叫咗支米酒!一嚟就會每人比一個好似便當盒咁嘅野,裏面有一啲醃製嘅酸瓜,好爽口又新鮮。另外有幾種用嚟點燒肉嘅醬料,有燒肉汁,咖哩鹽同芥末,幾特別。另外仲有醃洋蔥,食法真係跟足韓國傳統呢!佢地嘅配料超級豐富!我地點完餐,侍應就會過嚟放好配料落鐵板到。呢到用嘅係長方型鐵板,向其中一邊斜小小,等啲油唔會留咗係鐵版痴住食物。配料包括咗雞脾菇,南瓜,洋蔥,菠蘿,仲有薯仔。有一樣好特別嘅係佢地會用打一隻蛋落個厚洋蔥圈到,再加上芝士放係到燒,做成蛋餅,

另外泡菜有兩種,有最普通嘅辣泡菜,另外嘅係辣韭菜。
兩種泡菜都好新鮮,咬落好爽口。唔會太辣,好明顯係就咗香港人嘅口味,酸酸辣辣咁好開胃。

我地全程都唔使自己落手燒野食,侍應會好細心。
經常過嚟睇下我地食成點,逐樣食物幫我地燒好再放上鐵板上嘅架等我地慢慢食。
佢地見到我地食完泡菜,仲會不斷係咁加比我地,超級細心!

肉眼份量兩個人分岩岩好,一路燒,侍應會幫我地剪成細細舊。
佢地燒得好專業咖,會拎住火槍燒到着哂火,燒到啲肉外面好焦香,又有火口!
牛肉肉味濃郁,燒嘅過程鎖住咗肉汁,唔會韌。

繼續食殘廢餐xd同樣侍應幫我地剪好細細舊會。
五花腩脂肪比肉眼多,但因為用咗猛火燒,會逼出油脂。
五花腩嘅皮同脂肪位會燒得好香脆,一啲都唔肥。而且肉味好香,我覺得好食過牛仲!

一份有四隻,蝦大隻又厚肉。
原來會配埋牛油嚟燒嘅係,加咗牛油好香,更加帶出蝦嘅鮮味。

燒到咁上下,佢地會切開蝦頭同蝦身,將蝦頭都燒得香脆。
食落有小小蝦膏,蝦頭已經燒到好脆,又有膏嘅甘香,好正!
蝦身肉質彈牙,啖啖肉,肉身唔會痴殻!

仲有嘅就係海鮮韭菜餅

好大個,分咗八件。用咗大量嘅韭菜,而海鮮就係蝦。
呢個餅外面燒得好香脆,內裏就比較煙韌。
唔會食到成口都係粉,配埋附上嘅醬料更加好食。
不過都幾大份,建議四個人share會比較好。

原來仲會送一個辣豆腐湯

無估到呢一間韓國野會咁好食,一嚟服務又好,又坐得舒服!
其實我地個日仲見到江美儀係到食呀!好明顯呢到嘅出品有番咁上下啦!
我地食得咁豐富,都係八百左右,價錢都好合理。
