To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又被阿媽的咗去石門飲茶，上網見到好多負評，但問心嗰句，三個人， 人均消費$108，食十樣嘢！ 好意思要求米芝蓮質素嗎？我同家人食得幾開心， 而且食物質素唔差，地方寬敞乾淨，光猛樓底高，因為係婚宴場地，而且星期日唔需要等位喎！嗱嗱嗱，佢個小籠包係認真唔得嘅！皮厚，冇肉汁，肉餡好實，唔好食！金錢肚就真係值得一讚，鍾意有厚度有嚼勁，同埋佢好入味！ 墊底嘅芋頭入曬味，而且係好芋，我鍾意食😋擂沙煎堆仔$8.8剛剛炸出嚟，好正，雖然芝麻唔夠均勻唔夠多，但係佢個皮真係好脆好，裡面煙韌，啲芝麻蓉夠細滑。 有種芝麻香。$8.8， 仲想點呀😜

剛剛炸出嚟，好正，雖然芝麻唔夠均勻唔夠多，但係佢個皮真係好脆好，裡面煙韌，啲芝麻蓉夠細滑。 有種芝麻香。$8.8， 仲想點呀😜
