我一直覺得廚師發辦係充滿驚喜,而人生第二次最近同朋友來時都有一樣發掘到值得一提既美食:1)鰹魚刺身又紅潤有光澤2)不得不提既 左)北海道紫海膽 右)北海道馬糞海膽:海膽原來唔一定要橙色同清甜先至係高質好味,甚至係北海道紫海膽係淺芥辣黃,擺入口即溶既口感一樣咁人見人愛!3)炙燒拖羅:店員介紹話製作過程須熟成一星期,所以筋軟d同埋同時可以保持原有既魚味4)麵豉湯:香甜唔會飲到口渴,又滿滿蛋白質,能增強抵抗力同骨鈣種種營養最後最值得一提既就係呢度食材唔只高質新鮮,而且仲要係講究營養,食得健康既廚師發辦!
