疫情問題,岳丈大人返唔到大陸,由農曆年前留喺香港到今日,成日都喺屋企食飯,今日見大姨仔話得閒,不如返去將軍澳同佢地食飯,岳父鍾意食濃味,上海菜就最啱佢,所以揀咗樂天皇朝;餐前小碟嘅燘花生栗子,好入味同好淋,兩碟都清哂;岳父一睇餐牌就揀咗“外婆紅燒肉”就知佢嘅口味,食落又唔肥膩喎,肉汁豐富,酒、糖和醬油入哂豬肉度,送飯一流;嚟到當然要叫佢地個招牌“皇朝小籠包”, 集合原味、人參、鵝肝、黑松露、芝士、蟹粉、蒜香同川味八款唔同嘅口味,喜歡小籠包嘅朋友可以試完邊款啱口味再叫,話說呢度嘅小籠包皮薄而汁多,肉質都幾鮮味,值得食嘅!“酸菜魚”湯唔太麻辣度適中,魚肉份量唔少,“酸辣湯”材料豐富,食上海菜就係喜歡濃味,夠酸夠辣;“薺菜黃魚羹”,外面好難飲到呢個羹,想試特別嘅可以一試,魚味頗重!太座嚟親都食嘅“麻醬油麥菜”,清新脆綠,點起麻醬食真係好正!而我嚟親都會點嘅係“上海油燘筍”,從小就喜歡食筍,呢度嘅味道係難以形容,所以每次都必點!另外一樣就係去到邊度見到都會點嘅“賽螃蟹”,呢度嚟到先自己撈勻雞蛋、瑤柱同蟹肉,成碟最後俾我照哂鏡!“蒜香排骨拉麵”,建議大家食呢個要先食,因為比起其他餸菜,呢個味道會

!另外一樣就係去到邊度見到都會點嘅“賽螃蟹”,呢度嚟到先自己撈勻雞蛋、瑤柱同蟹肉,成碟最後俾我照哂鏡!“蒜香排骨拉麵”,建議大家食呢個要先食,因為比起其他餸菜,呢個味道會覺得較清淡,但其實豬骨湯底好夠味,麵質都幾爽口,只不過其他菜式濃味!“揚州炒飯”絕對有水準,粒粒分開,材料都新鮮,隻蝦都彈牙!“擂沙湯丸”熱辣辣,食埋呢餐就完滿,下次想試吓“驢打滾”!
