無論春秋秋冬,每隔一頭半個禮拜都要「圍一圍爐」治吓心癢🤪一入店內,上至屏風牆身等裝飾、下至杯碗匙筷等器具,都充滿古式古香嘅中式風味,好似穿周越代,體現返三千年前嘅宮廷生活咁。呢度每款湯底都唔係湯咁簡單,每款都非常足料,細食嘅剩係嗌個鍋都夠飽!好似呢款酸菜魚,酸菜相信有一斤之多,味道酸甜脆口,夏天食尤其清爽;魚肉為龍躉片,上枱先開始滾熟,更能確保魚肉鮮嫩,唔怕煮到殘散爛。蝦滑墨魚滑同肉丸類同樣為廚房自家手打,質感稠密爽彈,真係食到食材嘅原汁原味。其中鵝肝墨魚丸嘅配搭富有特色,彈牙唔在講,一咬落去即時品嚐到墨魚嘅鮮。再咬多啖⋯⋯油油嫩嫩嘅鵝肝經加熱後轉化成半液態,緩緩流入口中,油香加上海產鮮味絲毫不突冗,反而令魚丸味道更豐腴😳😳牛舌擺放成花胚狀🌹 厚切口感好有嚼勁,比牛肉爽脆,但又帶少少韌勁👍🏻👍🏻建議淥半分鐘就夠,新鮮肉唔洗淥太耐以免太老☺️炸芋頭幾靚又無渣,經油炸過,拎嚟打邊爐都唔會溶哂,仲可以keep到爽脆口感。以元朗區火鍋嚟講算係高價之選,但對比返食材質素係值嘅😉
