鼎泰豐係台灣就有食過,香港分店未試過,疫情下都冇影響佢地既生意,今次晚上去都差不多坐滿人,翻檯率高,出菜好快,服務亦不錯,難怪開業咁耐一直都有人氣,而且摘下米芝蓮一星小籠包|$66/6個招牌小籠包當然要叫一籠,另外仲有黑松露、絲瓜、雞肉味,問了店員醬汁黃金比例,醬油同醋大約是1:3,再加上薑絲一齊食用😋小籠包外表完整無缺,麵皮均勻薄嫩,咬開吸下湯汁,鮮味非常,而且熱度剛好,唔怕會辣到個咀,的確很出色👍🏻蝦仁蛋炒飯|$95原來呢個都係必點之一🤣份量以為好少,但其實夠兩人食,火侯控制出色,炒飯粒粒分明之餘,不會過乾,油感亦不重,有蛋香,蝦仁份量亦很慷慨,夠爽彈紹興酒醉雞|$80醉雞出色與否可分為三部分,分別是雞皮、雞凍和雞肉,雞皮夠薄同爽☺️中間有一層薄薄的皮凍,雞肉用左紹興酒提味,肉質軟嫩
