To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚去到譚仔，發覺太多人，所以決定外賣番屋企食。我叫左炸醬雞肉酸辣米線。我之前食過麻辣既中辣，但發覺都係酸辣最岩自己，酸酸地感覺好食好多。外賣盒原來會分開兩層，上層係米線，下層係湯底，唔會怕d米線浸到淋曬。D米線夠彈牙，我個人唔鍾意太軟既米線。炸醬依然咁好食，甜甜地。湯底唔會太辣，而且辣中帶酸，食落好開胃。反而d雞肉實在麻麻地，好似有少少怪味，我食左少少就無食d雞肉。
