To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前日係馬鞍山廣場剪完頭髮，經過譚仔竟然見到無人係門口排隊，實在係太難得一見。即刻同譚仔姐姐講1位，入黎食返碗米線先即刻坐低叫碗豬膶豆卜五小辣，加個尖椒皮蛋，加多杯凍檸茶我坐低之後唔駛10分鐘，全舖都坐滿左，突然出門又開始要嗌飛，等左陣唔係好耐，我個皮蛋先上好耐無食呢個餸，味道對板，又幾好食喎食左兩三舊皮蛋之後，碗米線都到啦真。五小辣岩岩好，米線份量偏多，豆卜有足足五舊，不過豬膶就得四塊，有啲少啦，不過成碗野味道都幾好
