Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到譚仔出了新的菜式,既喜愛吃米線又喜愛吃酸菜魚的我可是既期待又興奮,因為平時吃酸菜魚都主要配白飯。雖然說是新菜式,但其實跟平時的酸辣湯底是差不多,只不過有酸菜另上。由於酸菜都是一粒粒細顆的,而不是像其他酸菜魚一樣整片上,所以口感方面會差一點。魚肉方面,魚片是連魚皮的,肉質是爽脆的,不是軟滑的那種,脆的程度大概和豬耳差不多。而且吃下去的有細骨,要小心點吃。由於太餓,所以今次加埋腩肉做餸,感覺蠻夾的。整體來說,$39蚊有酸菜魚和米線同時吃到的確是蠻抵吃的,但是味道方面不要跟平時吃的酸菜魚比,因為譚仔這個畢竟是酸菜和魚片分開上的。
