To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔，一直係酸辣嘅支持者，之前兩間都會食，但自從中過一次超難食版就再無搵佢兄弟。而重慶酸辣睇落同聽聞都幾辣，職員話佢最小辣都等於平時五小辣，因為酸辣無辣度分對比唔到，所以次次去到都轉軚，今次經過職員再三確認後，終於決定要試！相信大家都知佢個份量，佢嘅米線，所以就近鏡睇個湯底。超紅！好多辣椒碎，但聞唔到辣味，食落係有少少辣，但更重紅油味，飲兩囗湯已適應咗，五小辣真係梗小野？配菜叫咗雞肉，幾入味，腐片、芽菜仲正，但香味唔夠，辣度同佢嘅印象差好遠，都係唔好轉。

 相信大家都知佢個份量，佢嘅米線，所以就近鏡睇個湯底。超紅！好多辣椒碎，但聞唔到辣味，食落係有少少辣，但更重紅油味，飲兩囗湯已適應咗，五小辣真係梗小野？配菜叫咗雞肉，幾入味，腐片、芽菜仲正，但香味唔夠，辣度同佢嘅印象差好遠，都係唔好轉。
