To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

估唔到星期六先來落雨，係屋企坐到中午都唔知食咩好，最後決定同屋企人出香港仔食譚仔米線。叫咗清湯墨魚丸米線，雖然知道譚仔嘅辣係好多人鍾意，但係自己食唔到辣，所以淨係叫咗清湯。最鍾意譚仔米線嘅米線份量十分足夠，一定唔會食完唔飽。雖然食完有啲頸渴，但係譚仔風味真係特別，久唔久又想嚟食下，有啲掛住佢咁，可能係下一個下雨天會再嚟食過。

叫咗清湯墨魚丸米線，雖然知道譚仔嘅辣係好多人鍾意，但係自己食唔到辣，所以淨係叫咗清湯。

最鍾意譚仔米線嘅米線份量十分足夠，一定唔會食完唔飽。

雖然食完有啲頸渴，但係譚仔風味真係特別，久唔久又想嚟食下，有啲掛住佢咁，可能係下一個下雨天會再嚟食過。
