To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這天，我來到了譚仔，點了一碗3小辣的酸菜腩肉米線。先說酸菜，自小覺得酸菜不什好吃，酸甜參差，每一塊的味道相差很大，但吃譚仔的酸菜，頓體會到好的食材，整塊的味道不會相差太遠，甜酸的程度是一致的。腩肉方面，其肥瘦適中，每塊都肥中有瘦，另外入味豬皮更是好吃。米線和湯恰如其分，令人滿意。衛生，環境都令人滿意。
