早前睇影片分享平台見到呢間茶餐廳蛋撻號稱全港第一。今朝早咗起身,決定揸車由將軍澳出深水埗試一試佢。.嗌咗沙嗲牛肉麵、火腿煎蛋、加兩蚊多士、加隻蛋撻。.蛋撻最先嚟到,一咬,又凍又硬,心知不妙,問一問個侍應,佢大方承認:隔夜㗎,朝早冇蛋撻出爐㗎。我心諗,我寧願你朝早唔買,又或者落單前講聲我知。到底係將隔夜蛋撻賣俾客賺多$10賺多啲?定係做臭自己個名會蝕得多啲?我睇唔透。咬完一啖之後我成隻放低冇再食。作為一間咁出名食蛋撻既茶餐廳,如果連對出名既堅持都冇,其實都幾蠢。唔好同我講你下午既出品有幾好食,我唔會比第二次機會你。沙嗲夠咸但冇香味,牛肉又係凍、韌,應該都係隔夜再加唔知賣左幾多日,絕對唔係朝早炒熱果啲。麵正常。.火腿用水煮,冇煎,蛋正常。.多士係薄方包係咁依烘下,淋Pat Pat,冇咩咬口。個人認為收得人加$2,最好比厚多人食,口感係差好遠。.最後杯茶走,好唔好飲係有樣睇,呢杯一睇就係唔好飲果種,入口苦澀酸,飲左兩啖就唔飲了。不過可能係我唔好彩,咁啱去到呢一壺茶既底果浸,我見其他人既奶茶茶色係正常。但係,都係果句啦,如果係對自己有要求既水吧大哥,應該要意識到啲茶開始老,要留起做凍茶茶茶底,

沙嗲夠咸但冇香味,牛肉又係凍、韌,應該都係隔夜再加唔知賣左幾多日,絕對唔係朝早炒熱果啲。麵正常。

抱住滿懷期望來訪,帶住無盡失望離開。

行多兩步,見到另一間茶記,我問門口呀姐係咪今朝出爐,佢答我每朝都係新鮮做。即刻整番隻(一樣賣$10),一食,就係呢隻味啦。
