To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

海港酒家位於西環西寶城。到訪當天。我們點的食物包括甜薄𦉘、咸薄𦉘，春風得意腸、燒賣、蝦餃、馬拉糕，還有叉燒飯、燒肉等等。點心來的時候都非常熱，食物質素不俗。尤其是春風得意腸，外皮的腸粉非常煙靭，但內裏的油炸鬼炸得非常之脆。我特別推薦的是這間酒家的甜品是，椰汁燕窩羹，吃想去非常滑以外，還有旁邊的椰肉，也可以吃，是補顏養生是不二之選。餐廳人流比較多，午市時候一般需要排隊入座，而且價錢十分相宜，適合一班人一起去吃！
