To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Weekend 經過金鐘廊，隨便搵間餐廳醫肚，走進了一風堂，餐牌上的選擇多，有追加系列幾好，可以叫份量小點的一碗拉麵再加小食，都係$88，或者可以叫一碗大的拉麵 $88 ，有幾樣選擇都幾好！赤丸拉麵 $62 拉麵和湯底好普通，覺得一風堂變了像一般的連鎖式拉麵店，流水低業沒什麼特色，慢煮叉燒一般，見到餐牌可以轉做炙燒，不知道會不會香一點⋯赤丸拉麵都唔夠辣。一風堂餃子 + $18，free soft drink 提一提，這間餐廳出餐需時，大概落單到上菜都要25 分鐘，要預留一點時間。

拉麵和湯底好普通，覺得一風堂變了像一般的連鎖式拉麵店，流水低業沒什麼特色，慢煮叉燒一般，見到餐牌可以轉做炙燒，不知道會不會香一點⋯赤丸拉麵都唔夠辣。
