To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

回想上一次在會展吃buffet大概6年前,還記得當時美食盡在,有生蠔、刺身、燒大頭蝦及多款熱食,今天再來重遊舊地,是慶祝偉大的父親節。自助晚餐開始時間由6:30至10:00時,家人早早來到,在餐廳門外等待安排入座。時間飛逝,兩三年前餐廳裝修,還改名為"薈景餐廳"。我們十幾人被安排坐在合併出來的長枱,面向灣仔碼頭,坐位舒適,燈光合適。餐廳紅白酒、橙汁、汽水是任飲,待應主動前來為我們落單。冷盤海鮮包括:龍蝦、毛蟹、翡翠螺、藍鮑魚、中蝦、鱈場蟹腳,相當豐富,可惜沒有生蠔蟹腳夠大隻,鮑魚硬了一點場內還有煙三文魚、莎樂美腸、芝士、沙律、刺身、壽司等小孩們最愛取水餅夾芝士,見他們拿了幾次壽司味道也不錯,刺身竟然包括油甘魚,很滿意關於熱食,款式的確大大減少從前的燒味檔子不見,油雞、叉燒無得再吃,只剩下扁皮鴨(好吃的)。咖哩部食材,咖哩豬牛羊也不見,是被人吃光,所以我找不到嗎?還是真的全都沒有?我只見一盤咖哩汁。印度餅又幾香口,配上咖哩汁,本人吃了兩塊。見隔離人兄有燒海蝦,於是出去看看,但尋找兩次也找不到,忍不住火了一點跟先生說:幫我外出尋找海蝦!先生回應說:燒海蝦是被收起的。終於品嚐了,肉夠實,新鮮

關於熱食,款式的確大大減少
從前的燒味檔子不見,油雞、叉燒無得再吃,只剩下扁皮鴨(好吃的)。

咖哩部食材,咖哩豬牛羊也不見,是被人吃光,所以我找不到嗎?還是真的全都沒有?我只見一盤咖哩汁。印度餅又幾香口,配上咖哩汁,本人吃了兩塊。

見隔離人兄有燒海蝦,於是出去看看,但尋找兩次也找不到,忍不住火了一點跟先生說:幫我外出尋找海蝦!
先生回應說:燒海蝦是被收起的。
終於品嚐了,肉夠實,新鮮好味。

為何要把燒蝦收起?讓人看不見?家人話要為燒蝦保暖,所以他們放在鐵板上(鐵板在食物枱後廚房位置)。
咁餐廳可以加個牌,讓食客知這裡有蝦啦。

鴨肝配多士,多士焗得太久,很乾。至於鴨肝被切得很細件,是多士三份一。

甜品有兩款品牌雪糕、雞蛋仔、格仔餅、梳乎厘、紫米糖水、杯子甜品及各式蛋糕...
雞蛋仔味道不錯,紅酒梨好味,士多啤梨果凍不會甜溜溜,還有栗子蛋糕很柔軟...

食飽飽,肚子也脹,坐了一回,便結帳離開。
整體而言,晚餐食物質素滿意,只是食物種類、款式的確大不如前。取食物位置寛闊,即使全場9成客滿也不覺擠擁。
