灣仔杜老誌道的日熹樓以百碟宴及中式tapas令人留下深刻印象,喬遷到銅鑼灣登龍街後簡化名稱為日喜樓,裝修較之前的濃濃中國風為清雅簡約,光猛明亮。杞子花雕醉雞杞子排列成花朵形狀,雞件皮薄少脂,肉質嫩滑。花雕味道香濃,酒香滲入雞件中,幽幽的芳香十分討人喜歡。葱油拌海蜇 葱油拌上爽口海蜇,混合了蔥花的辛香及麻油的溫潤,清清爽爽的沒有多餘的味道。茶樹菇金菇高湯翡翠苗 茶樹菇金菇翡翠苗爽口細嫩,高湯增添鮮甜味道,同樣令人喜愛。酸菜斑片 斑片厚肉無骨,魚肉鮮甜彈牙,酸菜味道亦不太酸,避開辣椒的話,整道菜不太酸辣,十分可口。魚湯鮮甜中又帶少少酸味。黑松露什菌炒飯 飯粒炒得乾身爽口,黑松露及乾菌的幽香為材料簡單的炒飯增添風味。羅春閣爆汁生煎包 生煎包熱辣燙口,包底煎得香脆。輕輕咬下一口,熱煙經小孔噴出,肉汁爆出滿瀉,鮮甜味美。
