朋友介紹了一家位於灣仔的西餐廳,放工後就和同事去吃晚飯。餐牌選擇多也很吸引,經理為我們介紹了是日精選和幾款招牌菜。可麗餅有鹹也有甜,可以當正餐,也可以作為飯後甜點。先試一下香煎帶子蕎麥薄餅,帶子香煎得金黃香脆,伴上較濃味的雜菌磨菇汁可謂恰到好處,餅底淡淡的蕎麥味也令味道更有層次。極緻羅西尼牛排有齊我最喜歡的食材:牛扒和鵝肝,配上薯蓉及紅酒牛肉汁,和盡顯心思的配菜甜洋蔥和磨菇等,賣相好看之餘配搭也令人眼前一亮。Medium rare牛柳生熟度很平均,牛肉色澤鮮紅,肉味也濃而不羶,質感非常嫩滑之餘,內裡仍然能鎖住肉汁。鵝肝煎至金黃色外脆內軟,味道甘香帶微甜,質感濕潤入口即慢慢溶化,絕對是市面上質素較好的鵝肝。法國空運黑青口滿滿的一盤,絕不欺場。青口體積比較小,但每粒都很飽滿,很鮮味,吃到淡淡的海水香氣,忍不住連湯也喝了一半呢。先吃薯條配大蒜蛋黃醬令口腔充滿蒜頭味,再吃青口會更對味,海鮮和蒜頭的確是絕配呢。經理教了我一個吃法,利用空殼作為小夾子,把青口肉夾出來,比刀叉更容易控制,也吃得滋味。不知不覺就剩下一大碗青口殼,好滿足呢。甜品點了煎香蕉焦糖醬雪糕可麗餅。這個經典配搭無可挑剔,餅皮夾雜濃

甜品點了煎香蕉焦糖醬雪糕可麗餅。這個經典配搭無可挑剔,餅皮夾雜濃郁牛油香,焦糖加上海鹽後中和了部份甜味,做到甜而不膩的效果。


值得一讚是經理服務態度非常親切,細心照顧客人需要,不時會介紹一下菜式的賣點和吃法。這晚人均消費約$400,但食物質素及服務態度均令我覺得物有所值。
