To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 母親節意義重大,不能要求媽媽再下廚做飯了去了屯門的美心皇宮處吃飯,特地定了6:00枱,希望早d吃完早d走但去到已經見到櫃檯人山人海,真幸運一早訂了位美心分2層,地下是新式裝修,有卡位和梳化椅可以坐,在我的看法下層比上層更加靚=3=上層是傳統中式酒樓的格局,對於我來說,要說是皇宮也好俗氣....菜因為人數只有6人,所以就散叫了(不打算吃什麼什麼宴)麻婆豆腐---整得出面的餐廳好,有辣香,偏向濕身香妃雞---即貴妃雞,不但生熟剛好,有雞味(不是雪雞),皮下脂肪近乎零,可惜的是給的薑蔥油多過蔥蝦醬炒通菜---味道挺好,可惜煮得過火,而且通菜仍然未當造的關係,好老豉油蝦---炒得好香,唯一不方便的是蝦殼脆身,難脫掉殼(ps.我吃的時候只剩一隻,所以可能其他的不是這樣)香蔥魚腩煲---最難吃的一道菜!魚肉好腥,咬一口就放棄了燒味拼盤(燒肉+乳豬)--乳豬皮脆,燒肉富咬口而且還有附芥末~雖然食物素質平均在美心大酒樓之上,可是他的伴碟很普通,難道是喜歡簡單嗎?論賣相,這樣真的比較遜色服務當日是母親節,當然多人,可是那些人真的太忙了,舉手多次都睇唔到6:00那場應該人還算少才對,可是都是忙得不可開交令
