擱筆多年,猶記得三年前的承諾,特選此店與同事共歡,貪其地方寬敞、人流不多又近公司!多謝酒家經理細心安排菜單、各位服務員甄勤招待,才令我們回味再回味!是晚菜單如下:南非龍蝦 - 肉質爽彈、鮮甜元貝 - 肉嫩甜五両重大閘蟹 - 膏滑,但我不太懂嚐!黄皮老虎斑 - 皮肉又厚又彈、無腥味!偏淡,可下些少醬料提味!蟲草花蒸雞 - 肉滑,如下少點生粉更好!蟲草花一早已給女士們幹掉補身去了!哈哈!和牛片 - 有牛味,如用煎或灼半分鐘的方法口感更好!勝瓜 - 又嫩又甜!菜心 - 無渣又甜、離譜!南瓜排骨粥 - 粥底又綿又香,且盡收日月精華,如有些大頭菜粒提鮮更好!總體,買手揀料確係得,食材新鮮足件頭,只蒸確實最一流!
