To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🌟頂級扒房食記 君悅扒房位於君悅酒店的二樓,入口位置位於酒店大堂門口出面,不是直接位於酒店裏📍進入餐廳後外能望到酒店大堂,內裡是高樓底加上有格調的燈光,氣氛輕鬆得來也滿有情調的。當中全香港少有用真炭火爐調製的牛扒🥩絕對係令我呢個牛魔王垂涎三尺🤤將佢歸類為聖地既一大原因。.呢段時間由於疫情原因一直淨係做開晚市嘅君悅扒房而家就推出埋午市,價錢甚有驚喜,以我所知君悅扒房隨時淨係做返晚市大家要快手啲啦😌.🥖香草蒜蓉包可以稱得上係君悅扒房嘅其中一道精品,一個看似平平無奇嘅麵包可以稱為精品實在係希望大家了解到佢嘅出色程度,濃濃的蒜香及牛油🧈味道加上熱脆的口感,很多時是吃到要追加的,只係整個午餐如此豐富,我同食伴又比較細食🙈我哋就無再追加了。.🍴藍青口 Blue mussels廚師用🍅甜+🍋酸帶出藍青口既味道鮮甜,同時肉質嫩滑,青口亦都大大隻,同平時食開嘅忌廉青口有所分別,雖則未算話好驚艷,但個人可評為不過不失嘅一道菜🥰.🦐虎蝦 tiger prawn cocktail louis sauce 雖然大大隻,但係平平無奇,我個人認為整餐最差嘅一道菜,通常扒房嘅海鮮都會有驚喜帶比人,可惜既係睇得唔打得,

🦐虎蝦 tiger prawn cocktail louis sauce
雖然大大隻,但係平平無奇,我個人認為整餐最差嘅一道菜,通常扒房嘅海鮮都會有驚喜帶比人,可惜既係睇得唔打得,大而無當,可能係雪得耐得滯嘅關係?反正若然有選擇嘅話,我建議你揀其他前菜。

🦀蟹餅 crab cakes(加配)
厚厚的蟹餅,兩面香脆,而中間就是澎湃鮮甜的蟹肉。第一啖嚐香,第二啖嚐鮮,極度好評!蟹粉必定要試的一道菜!

🦞龍蝦湯 lobsterbisque(加配)
非常建議大家加配嘅一個湯,只需要呢個價錢就可以加配簡直就係超值,龍蝦湯色呈殷紅色,每一口都如在吃一隻龍蝦般濃郁,每一口都是精華,口感綿密而無膩感🤤

🥣周打蜆湯 clam chowder(加配)
有龍蝦湯嘅情況下,一般我不建議大家選擇佢,但係唔代表呢個周打蜆湯不好喝,只係上者更佳。

🇦🇺🥩澳洲和牛西冷 Australia wagyu sirloin (升級)
​西冷是牛背部脊骨裏面的一條瘦肉,肉質柔嫩。入口嫩滑多汁味甘鹹,用來炭燒實仍一流。
但係平時喺坊間食到嘅西冷,好容易有食柴皮咁嘅感覺🌚有時仲使去一啲高級少少嘅餐廳都會處理得唔係太好,好好彩今次喺Grand hyatt 扒房呢一度既呢一度菜並沒有令我失望,廚師火侯掌握得非常好。牛既脂肪分佈平均,肉與油香絕紗平衡,肉質有彈性,肉味極濃,侍應亦都有提供8款唔同嘅醬汁畀我哋選擇,但係我認為呢一道菜完全唔需要任何醬汁都已經令人覺得好delightful !🌟

🇦🇷🥩阿根廷肉眼扒 Argentinian ribeye
肉眼取自肋骨近背側位置,四周則平均地分佈著誘人的雪花紋理❄️可以說是最為人熟知的一個牛排部位。而呢一份黎自阿根廷既肉眼扒至肉質鮮嫩多汁得黎尤甚細嫩;外香内嫩。好可惜有前面嘅10分珠玉在前,呢道9分既牛扒就既生瑜何生亮了。
