To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尖沙咀聽完講座一家幾口約埋一齊，又去幫襯安達中心呢間彩福皇宴，上到去一般唔多人，亦都唔繁忙，服務周到，經理埋呢二話不說整番個冬瓜盅啦。落足料，又靚咁呢個天時都唔錯㗎。斟茶遞水，各樣服待非常好，等齊人起菜啦!叫幾個小菜咁喇金裝潮式鹵水拼盤鹵水味道都算唔錯，係色水淡咗少少，整體都合格，豬肚雞腎就非常靚呀!冬瓜盅真係捉殺了帶子擺在上面有粒粒松子沙律汁蜜桃青瓜蝦球美味沙律汁，非常啱呢個配襯，仲有幾粒松子脆脆地，蜜桃甜甜地，青瓜爽爽地，蝦球爽爽哋，夾落口食落就非常滿意。帶子海鮮雜菜煲帶子一粒粒放在面上，海鮮，粉絲，西蘭花菜心白菜成個喎都係，清淡可口。九王菜脯肉鬆帶子炒蛋菜脯細細粒，咬口呀唔攝牙罅，炒蛋認識㗎啦，乾濕度啱口感，唔使講咁多，帶子簡直係我哋今餐嘅主菜，樣樣都有佢份呀!今餐都可以講得啱晒仔女口味餐呀瑤柱脆米蛋白炒飯瑤柱唔使講炒完就乾身，有口感，脆米炸完唔使講就空空地，蛋白炒完唔濕就淋淋哋，啲飯炒到乾乾地，咬落口就啱曬口感，有瑤柱咁搶口，有蛋白去減一減味。點會唔好味呀!清蒸沙巴龍躉班一斤清蒸游水魚，啱啱好，之前食得淡淡地，一條清淡有膠質嘅魚啱啱好呀!甜品原個
