近來機緣巧合下,多咗嚟太子食飯,其實,都喺就朋友而已。今晚就過咗太子界限街呢邊,試試睇落新開無耐嘅「一食鍾情」。睇個名以為喺西餐嚟,其實喺主打白滷水,有識途老馬嘅死佬食過話唔錯,加上有羊腩煲,當然就要嚟試試。廚房刻意設晌門口,晌光猛嘅燈光下掛咗唔少滷水嘢,自然喺用嚟吸引路人。行入少少,就清楚睇到師傅斬斬切切,內裡仲好乾淨企理,咁食起嚟更安心。餐廳呈長形,個鋪都幾深,勝在樓底高,加上夠光猛,感覺都幾醒神。左邊一排全部都喺卡位,而入啲,有幾張細圓枱,又唔算拍得好埋,格局都喺似茶記,總之就坐得自在啦。如一般茶餐廳咁,調味料就放晌枱側,餐具就晌旁邊抽櫃內,自由取用。雖然鋪面特別標示主打白滷水,又擺滿滷水嘢,但其實餐廳嘅選擇非常多元化,滋味小食啦、馳名白鹵水啦、海南雞、乳鴿都有,仲有南洋咖喱、特色飯同意粉……等等。此外仲有啲1人套餐、2人套餐,以及一啲經濟嘅窩心晚餐。佢哋仲有做埋早餐、午餐、下午茶添。但天天寒地凍,最吸引喺幾款火鍋套餐,而當中嘅古法羊腩煲喺我哋嘅心水。呢個火鍋套餐都幾抵食,頭盤可以揀白滷水鵝或者滷水拼盤,定價就睇你揀邊款鍋物,再配有一碟生菜、兩碗白飯及兩客糖水。而我哋見有優惠,仲

店家有啲滋味小食,好平啫,都喺$20、$30左近,所以揀咗其中一款滷水燻蹄,餐牌已標明喺6片而已。切得厚薄啱啱好,外皮好有煙韌感,作為餐前冷盤過過口癮,唔錯唔錯。

初頭都諗,喺咪有半隻咁多,因為睇佢1/4隻都要賣到$110、$120,視乎上莊定下莊,所以,呢個套餐包1/4隻真喺好抵食,而送到嚟確喺份量十足。由於用上白滷水,滷水鵝色澤唔會太深,帶淡淡清爽嘅滷水醇香,食落鵝肉好嫩口,又不失陣陣鵝肉香味。

冬天食煲仔菜最賞心就喺熱住食,可以慢慢嘆,唔使擔心好快凍晒。羊腩煲嘅份量唔少,夠兩、三人食,羊腩炆到好腍好嫩,但就唔太羶,另外附送一 兜生菜,灼兩灼再沾上個羊腩汁,當然更好食,此外個汁底撈飯更喺指定動作。

題外話,白飯碗碗都俾到滿滿一大碗,加上啲碗都比酒樓常用嗰啲大,兩碗飯都夠到3個人食,呢啲位店家真喺好慷慨,唔會好小家。

剝皮魚喺潮州菜中嘅一款既經典,又有特色嘅魚鮮菜,通常都喺烏頭、大眼雞。條烏頭做得幾好,肉質有少少實淨感,但入口好軟滑,沾上丁點豆辦醬,魚鮮味更突出。

糖水

會喺咩糖水呢?原來喺蕃薯糖水,本來就可以講喺平平無奇嘅一碗糖水,不過,啲蕃薯除咗用又粉又甜嘅「雞蛋黃」之外,就喺個糖水底勁薑,啱晒我,食羊肉本身都已經好暖胃,加埋啲薑湯,出到去外面得十幾度都唔覺凍呀!

總體嚟講,果然定價親民,加上食物真喺有質素,份量足,性價比確喺高;再者,啲招呼又好唔錯,啲姐姐都好有禮貌,值得再幫襯嘅小店。
