最近發現太子站附近開咗間新店,主打多款潮式白滷水鹵味,凍魚、鵝、雞、鴨、鳳爪、豬肚、墨魚、紅腸等樣樣有齊,出邊有個玻璃櫃展示食物,另有火鍋套餐、茶記常見美食供應。地點方便,平民價格,份量適中,平日晚上都滿座,深受街坊們歡迎,食飯又有多個選擇啦。晚市套餐包括老火豬骨雞湯、白飯、熱飲同薑湯蕃薯糖水,性價比高。古法羊腩煲淡淡香氣,羊腩大塊啖啖肉,仲有蘿蔔同竹筍搭配。私心推介南洋咖喱三寶,有牛腩、牛筋同吉列魚柳,煮至入味,咬落唔嚡,咖喱味濃,配飯一流。滷水鵝係餐廳招牌菜之一,鵝肉鮮嫩,滷得啱啱好,鹽香雞都唔錯,各有千秋。而小食方面有牛展,六大片,幾厚但淋,瘦肉中間有筋絡,含有豐富膠原蛋白,有助養顏。灼菜心同生菜夠入味且新鮮,份量多,搭配住食感覺更健康。 continue reading

位於太子的這間新餐廳,自稱「白滷水專家」,確實名副其實,滷水菜式令人驚艷。加上價錢親民又不加一,都讓人感到誠意十足。滷水鴨舌口感細膩,滷汁滲入鴨舌的每一層,有濃濃的香味,滷得十分入味。潮式凍烏頭也令人驚喜,魚肉鮮嫩,沒有一絲腥味、泥味或電油味,只有魚味和鮮味,除了選材優質,處理手法也相當細緻。豬肚雞煲更是招牌之作,湯底濃郁,豬肚軟嫩而不失彈性,半隻雞鮮滑有雞味,搭配提供的新鮮生菜來打邊爐,口感層次豐富。白滷水鵝半隻則外皮滷得光亮,肉質軟嫩,滷味香氣十足,值得一試。餐廳還附送熱飲,尤其是港式奶茶,茶味濃郁,奶香醇厚,比一般茶餐廳的水準高出不少。 continue reading
