胡椒豬肚雞煲半隻(單點$198),豬肚份量多,口感彈牙,食落好乾淨;半隻鮮雞肉質嫩滑,雞味濃郁;胡椒湯底內有紅棗、桂圓、杞子、芹菜、薑絲、紅蘿蔔、香蔥,略嫌飲落偏向藥膳湯底味道、胡椒味道較淡。

The curry was very delicious, cooked with tender and flavourful braised beef briskets, soft beef tendons, potatoes and chicken steaks (replacing fish fillet tonight).
