聽朋友講火炭有間大排檔幾出名,所以特登相約同幾個朋友去食我哋一嚟就坐喺戶外,享受大排檔嘅風味因為我哋比較遲去,所以一坐低就即時落單呢度嘅乳鴿都幾出名,我哋嗌左四隻乳鴿開兩邊,上菜時乳鴿嘅香味已經撲鼻咬落去外脆內軟,肉厚鮮嫩,每啖都好重乳鴿油香,平時食開乳鴿我都會嗌淮鹽但今次我唔需要任何調味料,直接食都已經好好味椒鹽鮮油都係大排檔必食嘅餸炸到非常香口,食落唔會覺得好油膩沙拉骨普普通通,因為肥膏都偏多,食得多會有少少膩,不過share食同沾啲沙律醬食都幾開胃剁椒蒸魚雲既辣味足夠,但魚雲魚肉唔入味,食落有啲分離嘅感覺
