To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日見人講呢間三記好好食，咪試口碑囉。7點半到已經見有人等位啦，我地一行三人，好彩有將細剛剛食完，咁伙記就俾左我地坐啦。三個人又唔叫得多！便叫了隻BB鴿、一碟煎墨魚餅、一個魚頭煲同一個炒豆苗。隻BB鴿唔記得叫佢紅燒，味道都一般啦，紅燒應該香脆；墨魚餅就係炸墨魚圓，幾香脆！個魚頭煲就咸左少少！碟菜都係一般啦。食落唔算差。但又無話超好食啦。
