Restaurant: Milk Cafe (Maritime Bay)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六早上11:20嚟到,需要等兩張枱,不過5分鐘已經有位。我哋點咗兩份早餐:1. 沙嗲牛肉湯麵配炒蛋及蒜蓉多士,配茶走。 2. 沙嗲牛肉米粉配炒蛋及蒜蓉多士,配凍咖啡。可能因為人多,炒蛋多士送上黎唔夠熱,不過味道還可以。沙嗲牛肉米粉嘅湯係黃色,睇落似雞湯,同平時嘅沙嗲牛肉麵唔同,仲有啲菜係裡面,好似好健康咁,都幾好味。沙嗲牛肉麵就同平時其他茶餐廳嗰啲一樣,不過沙嗲味唔突出,牛肉似乎冇過分醃製,唔係好軟好滑嗰種,個人都幾鍾意呢種牛肉嘅。飲品方面,唔知點解茶走攪勻之後冇甜味,我哋另外自己加咗白砂糖,茶味奶味偏淡。凍咖啡就唔錯嘅。整體都唔錯,不過早餐而言價錢稍貴,麵加炒蛋多士再加嘢飲最少$45。總體而言,比起呢度嘅早餐,我更鍾意午餐、晚餐嘅菜式。下次再嚟食早餐嘅話,我會想試吓其他早餐選擇,例如炸魚、雞球麵等等,見到其他客人食好似幾好味咁。另外,餐廳隔離有停車場,商場同餐廳消費都有泊車優惠,揸車過嚟都好方便。
