係屯門區打邊爐每次都只聯想到牛一,某日經過時代廣場個邊原來仲有間叫牛摩,仲有壽喜燒湯底添,所以個日火鍋引起就決定去試。牛摩的門面給小妹的感覺係幾特意,可愛的卡通LOGO都加了兩隻牛角,一睇就知以牛為主打。.呢間火鍋店主打一人一鍋,但有幾張檯係可以共享一鍋,我地選擇左後者 (我倆都係想食壽喜燒湯底)。不過一人一鍋就可以試多款湯底,又可以按自己喜好選擇湯底,自然彈性得多,而且價錢係一樣的啊。.90分鐘的任點任食火鍋分為四種肉類,由平至貴:精選牛肉、特級牛肉、極品澳洲和牛及日本霜降黑毛和牛,價錢由$99-$359不等,午市和晚市分段時間的價錢也會有不同。(另加一服務費,加時每30分鐘+$50/位)我們點了第二貴的極品澳洲和牛,7-9pm的時段,$289+10%。揀呢款牛肉仲包埋前兩款較便宜的牛肉。換句話說,即係可任食三款牛肉,豚肉、雞肉、帆立貝、藍青口、大海蝦和廣島蠔。.另外出面仲有自取火鍋配料,蔬菜,丸類、麵等,款式不多。.火鍋醬料吧;.出面仲有自助汽水機、沙冰和北海道低脂乳酪雪糕機;.熟食部分有數款壽司、白飯和咖哩汁等,當然小妹係唔會浪費胃口係呢度,梗係主打食牛肉!.餐廳有七款湯底可選擇

餐廳有七款湯底可選擇:昆布清湯、長崎豬骨湯、熊本蕃茄濃湯、九州地獄湯、薯仔雜菜湯和壽喜燒湯 (跟雞蛋一隻),還有最新推出的溫室蘑菇清湯。我倆都係壽喜燒的超級粉絲,一到火鍋店見到有就會叫,今次都唔例外!

不過估唔到佢地既壽喜燒湯底同之前食開的味道咁唔同,一向食開都係甜甜地既,而呢一鍋聞落亦都有甜甜的味道。但放片牛肉落去,完全唔使沾醬已經好鹹一點甜味都無!所以同店員反映後,換左一鍋新既黎,味道上係無咁鹹,但甜味同樣欠奉完全唔似壽喜燒湯底,似普通豉油湯,不過算吧,無理由又換,只怪自己揀錯湯底吧。

和牛切得好薄接近透光,同意留下的評價,幾片疊埋一齊食口感會好好多,脂肪比例小,入口肉質細嫩,咀嚼中滲出的牛肉味頗香,質素不錯。

估唔到他們的海鮮質素都挺不錯,每樣的份量都不少,海蝦望落新鮮,蝦肉食落爽口帆立貝都比出面的大,富咬口,估唔到廣島蠔都大隻,他食左都話幾鮮甜!就算之後再加單,質素都係相當不錯。

出面最多既都係丸類,蟹子丸、芝士丸,咖哩丸、龍蝦丸等等,如果鐘意食芝士,小妹大力推介呢款芝士魚腐,咬落去芝士半溶架,好食!

埋單每位$318,價錢可以接受,牛肉豚肉和海鮮的水準其實都不錯,但始終火鍋的湯底都好緊要,所以今次只比OK面,希望壽喜燒湯底可以改善一下。
