最近天氣凍想吃d辣鍋,出尖沙咀買野經過柴夫人魚館,都多人食,一於食下。同frd兩個人,叫左個豆花海鮮鱸魚雙拼鍋。要左微辣,個湯底非常出色,雖然係微辣,但辣味恰到好處,不會過於刺激,令人可以慢慢享受每一口。湯底香濃,帶有多種香料的味道,令人一試成主顧。個鍋有豆花鮑魚鱸魚鮮蝦牛肉丸腸仔菜花和土豆。我地另外加左鴨血同紅薯粉。鮑魚新鮮滑嫩,豆花柔軟,兩者搭配得非常好。每一口都能感受到鮑魚的鮮味,配上自家製豆花的嫩滑,口感獨特,令人驚喜。鱸魚鮮嫩,容易入味,煮熟後更加鮮甜。而鮮蝦則彈牙,搭配湯底的微辣,令整體味道提升不少。牛肉丸彈牙有勁,肉質鮮美,腸仔則香氣四溢,兩者都非常適合在這個湯底中煮,吸收湯汁後更加美味。鴨血、菜花、土豆和紅薯粉都非常新鮮,煮到剛好,保留咗脆口的口感,特別係菜花,清新又好味,幫助解膩。最後叫左維他菊花茶,解下辣,同埋自家製豆漿,濃郁滑口,搭配火鍋非常合適,令整餐更加完美。
